How do i change my way2sms password?
Soon after logging in to your way2sms account
Step 1: Click on ‘Settings’ link on the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: Click on ‘Account tab’ in the settings page.
Step 3: Click on ‘ Change password’ button in the account tab
Step 4: Enter your old password and New password , Click on Save.
Done. Your password will get updated. You have to log in with your new password from next time onwards when you visit Way2SMS.

We have fixed the mail alerts issue.Now, all of you can experience the super fast mail alerts on mobile same as before. Lots of people around the country who rely on Way2SMS mail alerts were disrupted from last couple of days, and we’re very sorry. We did everything we could to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and the issue is now resolved.

If you’ve tried Way2SMS mail alerts in last couple of days, you are probably aware by now that we’re having some problems. We know how many people rely on Way2SMS mail alerts, and we take it very seriously when there’s a problem with the service. Thus, right up front, we would like to apologize to all of you — it was a Big Deal, and we’re treating it as such.
Temporarily, we are running degraded mail alert service. This will result in delayed mail alert delivery to many of you. However, our engineers are working very hard to solve the problem and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks for bearing with us while we sort this out. We’ll report back as we make progress.

Today, we have released delivery to the new mobile number series starting with 8. Way2SMS users can now send SMS to the new mobile number series starting with ‘8′. New telecos have rolled out new mobile series starting with ‘8′ very recently, This made us to tweak our platform to allow the new mobile number format.India has exhausted its mobile numbers in the 9 series and has now started with 8 series.For over 15 years, India has been using mobile numbers starting with ‘9xxxxxxxx’. In 2003 DoT came up with a 30-year numbering plan, but the rapid growth in the mobile subscriber base, has forced it to relook into its policy and consider releasing 8 series to the telecos.
India’s mobile growth story has remained intact, and the biggest testimonial to this is exhaustion of mobile numbers starting with ‘9’.No country has seen 8-10 million new subscribers added every month except India. Go india Go…
