Delivery Issue has been resolved

Huhh.. Finally, delivery issue has been resolved. Way2SMS is back with normal top quality delivery.

We know many of you are having trouble delivering messages from past couple of days. Due to the platform up gradation at the telecom service provider level , Way2SMS is experiencing volatile delivery from past couple of days.  Many of you have faced delivery issues to several numbers during this period. Operators tweaking work has been finished  and the platform is back and is even better now.

A clean platform for SMSing

Words can be weapons if users are not careful about how they use them. They can pierce hearts and hurt just as much as any punch. Today, as all of us communicate via Way2SMS with others on the web with greater frequency, we need to be even more aware of how we use our words. We also need to understand how we can respond to others who use harmful words or take abusive actions toward us.

Way2SMS takes users interests very seriously. Way2SMS bans ones activity permanently In case of abusive or harassing behavior (which includes sending SMSes that are intended to hurt or embarrass another person) by any one. The newly setup privacy team takes every measure to control abusive behavior by users.

if you receive a harassing message on your mobile from someone who is not your friend, you can report it by sending email to us on support [at] way2sms.com.Our back end privacy team will automatically add the sender to the  Block list.

Way2SMS Tips: How do i change my password

How do i change my way2sms password?

Soon after logging in to your way2sms account

Step 1: Click on ‘Settings’ link on the top right corner of the page.

Step 2: Click on ‘Account tab’ in the settings page.

Step 3: Click on ‘ Change password’ button in the account tab

Step 4: Enter your old password and New password , Click on Save.

Done. Your password will get updated. You have to log in with your new password from next time onwards when you visit Way2SMS.

Way2SMS mail alerts issue

If you’ve tried Way2SMS mail alerts in last couple of days, you are probably aware by now that we’re having some problems. We know how many people rely on Way2SMS mail alerts, and we take it very seriously when there’s a problem with the service. Thus, right up front, we would like to apologize to all of you — it was a Big Deal, and we’re treating it as such.

Temporarily, we are running degraded mail alert service. This will result in delayed mail alert delivery to many of you. However, our engineers are working very hard to solve the problem and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for bearing with us while we sort this out. We’ll report back as we make progress.
